Every Saturday from April to November join the Lasdon Green Squad to keep Lasdon, Westchester’s Public Garden looking beautiful. Volunteers will work with Lasdon staff on tasks such as invasive species removal, planting, watering, weeding, trail maintenance, mulching, trash clean up, and other tasks. The scheduled tasks will rotate weekly throughout Lasdon’s 234 acres.
This event is for Volunteers 14 years or older.
You must be registered to participate.
Come in weather appropriate clothes (coat, rain gear, hat sunscreen, insect repellent), closed toed footwear and pants are required. Gloves and tools will be provided. Please bring your own snacks, lunch, and water bottle.
