Urban Naturalist Bruce Rosenberg, will lead a tour to examine over twenty plants and trees in the Arboretum that have medicinal qualities and used to treat physical and mental conditions. All of these plants can be grown in your own backyard and are available at local nurseries. He will also briefly discuss some of the active chemical constituents of those plants which help to fight infections, inflammation and a host of other ailments.
