The native plants in rain gardens help reduce stormwater runoff, filter out water pollutants, and help to recharge the groundwater. On this walking tour we will visit Lasdon’s Rain Garden to find out where and how to create one in your own landscape. The tour meets at 11:00am at the Green Entrance gate off of the top level of the parking lot. No registration is needed. For more information call 914 864-7264.
