Yoga in the Gardens

A gentle discovery to the amazing benefits of a Yoga practice. Setting time for you within the beauty of the surroundings. The classes will take place in the Conservatory or Gardens depending on the weather. The classes will include lead meditation, poses, movement with the breath (Vinyasa). For beginner or advanced. Make a commitment to nurture your soul.
Please register separately for each date you are interested in attending. Class will meet at the Conservatory.
All payments must be completed on-line and made prior to attending selected scheduled session(s). Sorry, no walk-ins accepted.
