Find your flow in our “Intro to Yoga” session at Lasdon Park. Led by Kat Sabath (RYT 200), this all-levels class offers gentle movement, breath-work, and grounding poses (asanas) amidst a beautiful garden setting. Unwind, reconnect, and find balance in the harmony of mind, body, and nature. Embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and transformation, right here in your community.
For further details, I would add: No experience necessary, please dress in clothing that is comfortable for movement and bring your own mat or blanket and reusable water bottle. Note that the class will take place outdoors so please wear layers, sun protection, and/or bug spray according to your comfort level!
